I know if someone had a reservation, and showed their confirmation number - they would PAY for your room at another Hotel. They are very professional. I have never had any issues. Always a great place to stay.
They overbook and give away PREPAID rooms!

Do not book a room at this place if you actually expect a room to be available after you pay for it. They called me at 5pm on a Friday, 30 minutes before I was arriving, to tell me they had overbooked because of some tournament in town…
Pros: Don't know any because they gave away my room! Cons: Getting a room here is a crapshoot
